The recording limits posted on Meetn.com/Pricing aren't actually hard limits.

You can go over the cap, and in that case, you'll be charged the wholesale rate of $0.03 USD per Gigabyte over the soft limit. You can store as much as you'd like this way. But you're also welcome to download your recordings and clear them from the cloud storage. You can then use your content anywhere else however you like! Your usage is shown at the top of the Events & Recordings menu.

Download Recordings

To you need to download your recordings, they can always be found in the Menu > Events & Recordings area. 

Click on the event name for the one you want to download. 

Then choose the Manage Replays & Recordings option in the event settings to get to the download page.

Delete Recordings

To delete an event recording, go Menu > Events & Recordings, and find the red trashcan icon on the far right side of the event row. Click that trashcan and confirm deletion to remove the event and its recording.

⚠ Warning

Deleting an event is permanent. Always download your recordings before deleting anything. We won't be able to recover your deleted content.
