GDPR

For our European members, Meetn is compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the specific language of the Data Protection Rider can be reviewed at any time here: https://meetn.com/terms. Please understand there is no  additional form to sign, nor is it needed. By signing up for Meetn, you and Meetn are entered into the GDPR contract and you are covered.

Even if you're not in Europe, you're still covered under the same protections. We take privacy, security, and freedom very seriously, so you rest easy using Meetn.

HIPAA

Our policies on privacy and security are well and above the requirements for HIPAA regulations. However we have not yet been formally certified for HIPAA compliance, even though we would be considered compliant. We will be compliant eventually, it is on our to-do list, but as of writing this it is a low priority and planned for 2026. 

So until that's formally concluded, if your work requires formal HIPAA compliance, I'm afraid Meetn is not the right platform to conduct HIPAA protected activities.
