Restricting Guest Screen Sharing / Unmute Controls
By default, guests will be allowed to share their screens and will have the ability to mute or request unmuting themselves and others in the Meetn room. However these privileges can be revoked if you have access to the Menu > Webinar Settings.
Simply open the Menu, choose Webinar Settings, and disable the following:
- Guests Have Extra Permissions (This allows guests to mute and request to unmute other attendees)
- Guests can Unmute Themselves
- Guests can Share Their Screens
