Inviting people to your Meetn room happens through invite links. There's two types of invite links: Static and Dynamic. The static links are for inviting people to your Meetn room specifically. The dynamic links are for inviting people to your events. They both lead participants to the same place, your Meetn room, but they offer distinct differences.
Event Links
Event links are dynamic. No two even links are the same, they are generated fresh for every scheduled event or replay, and scheduled events that are recorded and transformed into replays will inherit the event's original event link.
You'll always find your event or replay links for each event in the Menu > Events & Recordings > Event Name. You'll see an invite email template for scheduled events where you can copy the event link. For replays, click on Replays & Recordings and enable the replay. Your replay link will be generated for you here.

Static Room Links
The static links will never change, unless an Admin or the Owner manually changes them.
The first and main link to send people is your Meetn room's URL! Your room's name is also part of the URL, Meetn.com/YourRoomName. That's the easiest way!
There are also additional invite links found in the Menu > Invite People. This menu will you give you plenty of options to invite people to your room and even show you phone numbers that can be called to dial into the room from old-fashioned phone lines.
You'll also find invite links for Presenters and Hosts. These are temporary role invite links, so only send them to people you trust to run the event. Anyone who uses these links will have elevated permissions for the duration of that event.
Finally, these static links can be refreshed and changed at any time by clicking the recycle button next to them.
