Adding or Renaming Rooms
Renaming Rooms
Rooms are very easy to rename and can be renamed by the Owner or any of the Admins. Changing the name also changes the URL.
This can be done by logging into the room, then opening the Menu and choosing Room Settings. The first option is the room's name/URL. Change it and click Save at the bottom.
⚠ Note: Since renaming the room changes the URL, everyone currently connected to the room will be redirected to the room's new URL upon saving the change. This has the potential to interrupt meetings in progress, so only change the name/URL when the Meetn room is not in use.
Adding Rooms
Adding rooms can only be done by an Owner account. To begin, log into any of your Meetn rooms. You can do this by going to Meetn.com, click the Login button at the top, and then the menu will show you all of your rooms. Pick any one and join your Meetn room.
Now inside your Meetn room, go to Menu > Add/Remove/Manage Rooms. Here you can claim any unused room tokens you have or buy a new room subscription.
