Custom Branding and Backgrounds (logos, virtual backgrounds, welcome screens)
You can customize your Meetn room environment a bit to your liking. There are four main areas where you can show your own imagery : The welcome page, the room background, your virtual background, and your profile / avatar image.
Welcome Page
When attendees first come to your Meetn room, either via your room link or an event link, the first thing they see is the welcome page. You can set the text and image shown here by opening the Menu > Room Settings. There you'll see options for Room Welcome Message and Welcome Page Image.
You can also set the welcome page text and image per event while creating a new scheduled event in the Menu > Events & Recordings > New Event.
Room Background
Your room's background image can be changed in the Menu > Room Settings > Room Background Image. Simply upload an image that's at least 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels) in size and you'll see it appear behind you and the other users in the room.
Since the majority of the time people's videos/avatars will be covering the majority of the interior of the image, if you have any branding, text, or important imagery to show, it's best to have that content on outer 8ths of the image.
Virtual Background
The Virtual Background feature lets your device dynamically edit out your physical room/office's background and replace it with a digital image. It's similar to green screens, though it doesn't require you to actually have a green screen set up in your room or office.
You can turn on your Virtual Background from the Menu > AV Settings. Under the video preview you'll see a button labelled "Virtual Backgrounds". Click that button and then check the Custom Image option.
Profile / Avatar Image
Your Profile or Avatar picture is what is shown when you do not have a video camera enabled or have your video muted. By default it simply displays your initials, but you can set the image to be whatever you'd like. Go to the Menu > Edit Profile. Here you can change your name and photo.
