Reactivating an Account After Deletion or Inactivity
When cancelling or deleting an account, after the billing cycle ends, the data is gone and unrecoverable. There is no reactivation process, but you can sign up again and start over at Meetn.com/Pricing. For this reason, we highly encourage everyone to back up all their data from Meetn somewhere else too.
If you're going to be inactive for a while, but plan to return to Meetn, the best option is to back up your recordings and downgrade your Meetn room to the Free level. If you simply cancel your subscription, your room and data will eventually be purged.
