Refunds and Credit Processing
If you're not happy with our service, we're going to give your money back! Don't worry! Below is our typical refund policy, what you can expect, and the caveats that may apply.

Normal Refund Policy
Under typical circumstances, we're happy to refund you the latest month's charge right away and cancel your service. No BS, no run-around, You'll get that as soon as our support agents get to your email.
If you're a brand new customer and you signed up by mistake or you're just not happy with the service, don't worry you'll get a full refund!
⚠ Important Note: We at Meetn cannot control and are not responsible for how much or little you ultimately use Meetn.
An unfortunately common scenario is where a customer signs up, uses Meetn for a few months, and then they forget about Meetn for a while and don't cancel. In these scenarios we're often asked to give full and complete refunds going back months, to sometimes years. Unfortunately we simply can't complete these requests. This is just one of the uncomfortable natures of subscription services.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
We are proud of the fact that we do not employ dark patterns or prevent you from cancelling your service at any time. You can always end or even pause your subscription by logging into your Meetn room with your Owner account email and password. Then go to Menu > Add/Remove/Manage Rooms.
You can click the red X to delete the room and end the subscription completely, or you can change the service level to Free so you can come back to it later! The choice is absolutely yours and you can do it at any time!
Additionally, you always email us at Support@Meetn.com to request to cancel and we'll handle it for you!
Extenuating Circumstances
Sometimes life happens and sometimes it forces you to stop your business dead in its tracks. No fun. If you're facing some particular trouble, like natural disasters, please reach out to us and tell us what's going on. We're not here to drain your money, we're here to help you make your business successful and be a part of it! We're always happy to make exceptions to help our customers in dark times!
When Emailing Support
We totally understand that unexpected billing errors are incredibly annoying and infuriating! We get it! But please remember that our support agents are real humans and their whole career depends on helping you and all of our customers as best they can! No one likes to be yelled at or berated, so please remember to be kind and courteous to our agents, explain your situation with as much detail as possible, and we will do our best to help make things right!
