Understanding Plan Tiers and Features
There are two main plans: Pro and Webinar. There's also special Free plan that's available under certain circumstances.

Free
The Free plan gives you the very basics for hosting small meetings up to 20 people. Very limited cloud storage, no Widgets, no Webinar Settings, and limited meeting times to one hour. The Free tier was available for signup in the past and occasionally available in special offers. Currently the Free plan is available to customers who have purchased at least one month subscription for either Pro or Webinar level.
Pro
The Pro level the entry level. But don't let that make you think it's not a great value! The Pro level gives you everything you need to run small to medium sized events. The main difference between Pro and Webinar is that the Webinar level offers extra features that are useful for large events or much more technical events. Otherwise the Pro level is probably the right one for you, and if it's not, it's super easy to upgrade at any time!
At $10 per month, it's a huge value proposition! You get more per dollar spent here than at Zoom for meetings or Restream for livestreams.
Webinar
The Webinar level is the final tier and has all features unlocked. The Webinar Settings that you'll gain access to will help you customize your events at any size, from five people to a thousand. On paper there isn't much difference, but the actual settings that you'll get to change will help you customize your event into very specific formats. The Pro version is jack of all trades that's master of none. Webinar level is the master of all!
