Room Settings can be found in the toolbar menu. On this page, you will be able to access settings for your room name, room headline, webpage on exit URL, and 4-digit passcode, as well as toggle the option to display peoples’ names on top of their video feeds.
Room Name: Your room name is what makes your Meetn room yours. It’s not only your room name, but it’s also your room URL. This makes it easy for guests to get to your room.
Show people's names on top of videos: Sometimes it's useful to have names on video screens, sometimes it isn't. Use this toggle whenever you need to make that determination.
Room Headline: This could also be called the Welcome Message, because this headline is the first thing your guests will see when they arrive at your meetn room landing page. The default is “Welcome to [room owner’s name] Meetn Room.” You can change this as often as you like, so feel free to customize this for each live event.
Webpage On Exit URL: This optional feature will pop up any website URL you want when the event is over and guests leave your meetn room. For instance, if you just had a sales call, you can have the URL land on your own site's sales page. **Just be sure to type in the “http://” or “https://” when adding the URL.
Passcode: Meetn allows you to place a 4-digit numeric passcode on your Meetn room. Anyone who arrives at your welcome page will be prompted to enter this passcode before being allowed entry. Keep in mind you can add, remove, or change your passcode at any time.
NOTE: if you set a passcode for a specific event, that passcode will override this one, but only for the set duration for that event.
