To schedule a new event, go to Events and Recordings under the toolbar menu.
This is where you can access a list of all your past recordings, but just as importantly, this is where you'll come to schedule your future events.
Once you click on Events And Recordings, click the green New Event box in the upper right corner to start scheduling a new event.
Date and Time
The first page is the Date and Time page -- fill out the date and time info for the event, then select the duration. Lastly, choose your local time zone.
When finished, click the Next button in the lower right to continue to the Welcome Page settings.
Welcome Page Settings
On this page you'll give your event a headline, which is the first thing your guests will see when they arrive at your room.
You can accompany the welcome headline with a photo by following the on-screen prompts. The photo will appear on the left of the welcome page, and your event headline and countdown timer will appear on the right.
We automatically engage the countdown timer when creating an event, but feel free to de-select it.
When finished, click the Next button in the lower right to continue to Webinar Settings.
Webinar Settings
Note: Webinar settings only available for Meetn Ultimate users. All other users please skip to Basic Information.
This is where you can truly customize a unique event experience for both you and your guests. Please see the Webinar Settings support page to learn more details on what each of these settings can do for you.
Click next in lower right to continue to Basic Information.
NOTE: These settings override your general room webinar settings, but only for the scheduled duration of the event. When the event concludes, your settings will revert back to your general room webinar settings.
Basic Information
Event Name (Public): The public name is used on the invite text and the replay page. This is what your attendees will see as the event name.
Event Name (Private): The private name is used in the internal list of recordings/events. Only room admins and owners can see this.
'Enable replay automatically' will turn your event link into a replay link soon after your event concludes, so there's no need to send folks a new link if they couldn't make it for the live event.
4-digit passcode: Add a 4-number passcode to your event, and attendees will need to enter it before they can enter the event.
Clink next in the lower right, and you're done!
Live Event scheduling confirmation page
This page will have all your event info in an easy-to-copy list.
Event Settings: Edit or change event information
Once an event is scheduled, it can be found on the Events and Recordings page. To change any details about the event, go to the Events and Recordings page and click on the name of the event you want to change.
You can also change/edit the Date and Time, Welcome Page, Webinar Settings, and Basic Information for the event. You can also manage replays and recordings or view the event page from this page.
Note: invite link and other event information will not appear on this page for an event that has concluded
