Webinar Settings can be found in the toolbar menu. These versatile settings can be adjusted at any time, and will allow you to customize your meetn room to your exact specifications -- whether you're holding an important one-on-one call, or hosting a large event with thousands of guests.
NOTE: Only Meetn Ultimate members have access to the Webinar Settings.
Webinar Settings
Hide muted guests: Hide all guests from the video stage. Even though they are still there watching the meetn, they're not being seen in the meetn. This is helpful in panel/interview situations where you only want you and the main guest to be seen.
Make "Active Speaker View" the default view: Use this for large presentations when you want people to just focus on you, and not see anyone else.
Hide all extensions from guests: Extensions like the Timer and Breakout Rooms are cool additional features that can be turned on or off for guests individually, but this feature hides them for all guests.
Guests join muted: Use this option to keep your line quiet and crisp, and helpful for events where you want to eliminate any background chatter. If anyone wants to speak or ask a question, they can raise their hand and you can manually unmute/remute them at the appropriate time.
Hide chat for guests: This will completely remove the Chat option from the toolbar of every guest in attendance. Those in the room with Host+ credentials will still be able to use the chat option.
Host required to conduct a meetn: Under typical circumstances, we recommend leaving this option engaged. However, a room owner may want to leave their room accessible for their team to brainstorm without them. Turn this option off so they can easily join your room without you.
Guests have extra powers: This allows guests to mute and unmute other people, remove people from the meetn, and start and stop recordings. Great for small meetings, and it makes it easy for the host to delegate the above functions.
Guests can unmute themselves: Based on your needs and the specifics of your call, it may be useful to allow guests to unmute themselves, even if they were automatically muted upon joining.
Large event mode (guests cannot be seen or heard): Guests can't be seen or heard in this mode, they're just watching the event happen. This reduces the complexity of what they're seeing and it also reduces load on the server. In this mode, things are simpler and focused on you.
Guests can share their screens: This is useful for team meetings and other calls where all guests are trusted. This is a great option for collaborating with colleagues, but you wouldn't want to use it for large calls where your guests are there to watch and listen.
Enable the Raise Hand feature: When this feature is active, guests can click the Hand icon on their toolbar, and you will see their name rise to the top of your Attendee List. If numerous people raise their hands, they will be listed in the order in which they raised them.
