Fixing Black Screen or Grey Playback Errors
Black screens during Meetn events are super annoying and we want to know if it happens to you! Please note the time and date that it started happening and what room you're in, and send this information to Support@Meetn.com.
The most reliable way to fix it is simply to disconnect and reconnect to the Meetn room.
If you're able to reliably reproduce these errors, please tell us that and we'll want to schedule time with you in person to diagnose why it's happening!
