Fixing Video Issues (blurred, freezing, wrong orientation)
Video issues are usually caused by connection issues and can usually be resolved by simply refreshing the webpage or exiting and re-entering the Meetn room. It's a little inconvenient but it is highly effective at restoring a proper connection.
If refreshing doesn't fix the video issues, then there's usually one of three sources: Your PC's Hardware, Your Network, or Meetn Servers.
Video feeds that are the wrong orientation is almost always caused by using Meetn on a mobile device and having the rotation lock enabled. Simply unlocking the rotation lock should fix that right away!
Your PC's Hardware
If your PC is low spec and/or overloaded with too many running programs or working on a heavy task, you may experience poor performance on Meetn.
Open up the Task Manger on Windows or the Activity Manager on MacOS and see if some programs are consuming all your CPU. RAM, or GPU resources. Or see if there are a lot of programs collectively using up these resources. If you're seeing 100% utilization on any of your hardware, this is likely the cause.
Tasks like running video games in the background, rendering video files, using AI models locally, or just having a million browser tabs open can easily eat up your resources. Close down what you can and try Meetn again.

Your Network
The topic of your network is a very large topic. We have a dedicated a full article to understanding and troubleshooting network issues here: https://support.meetn.com/hc/en-us/articles/40393523683099-Bandwidth-Requirements-for-Meetings-and-Webinars
Meetn Servers
If all the troubleshooting fails to find any issues on your end, then it may very well not be an issue on your end. Especially if other guests are experiencing the same issues simultaneously. We work day and night to make sure our servers are running well, but sometimes stuff happens.
The best thing to do at this point is to take a note on the exact time the issues started and write in to Support@Meetn.com about the issues. The most important information we need to know is the URL of the Meetn room you're connected to and the time (and time zone) the problems took place.
That will help us track down what's gone wrong and where.
